Other Salient Features of QF

  1. It has a General Body ((GB) of 110 members, who meet once during a year.
  2. It has an Executive Committee (EC) of 10 members, who meet almost every month.
  3. President is the Chief Executive of the QF.
  4. Project Director is overall in charge of all operations and reports to Secretary and President of QF.
  5. Each Project or Program has been assigned to one member of EC for support and monitoring.
  6. All projects and programs have an in charge, who reports to Project Director. However, direct monitoring is also done.
  7. All income, donations, expenditures and transactions are through bank and recorded in books of account. Internal audit is carried is carried out by internal audit committee of GB on quarterly, half yearly and annually. Detailed audit is carried out by Chartered Accountant Firm annually and audit report is issued. Cheques are signed by two signatories, President and General Secretary.
  8. Business is carried out in accordance with Constitution of the QF.
  9. All in charge of the programs, departments and projects report to Project Director, senior most salaried person in the organization.
  10. Every month a report is generated for all the projects, programs and accounts and is shared with President and General Secretary.
  11. Same report is discussed in EC monthly meeting.
  12. Consolidated report is discussed in GB meeting whenever held.
  13. Frequent visits of Projects and Programs are carried out by President and General Secretary.
  14. QF keeps a good contact with all Government departments in the district.
  15. All stake holders, communities are actively in contact.
  16. All matters are disposed of strictly on merit and no favor is given to any single individual.
  17. QF by now owns three properties worth Rs. 30 million and furniture, equipment worth Rs. 2.5 million. A cash reserve fund of Rs. 12 million has been created and available in fix deposit in different schemes.
  18. Papers of properties and cash reserve are kept in safe custody and copies are kept with all important office bearers to ensure their safe handling.
